IMPACT THAT TRANSFORMS LIVES
IMPACT THAT
TRANSFORMS LIVES
From the very beginning, our commitment to making a positive difference in society has been at the heart of everything we do. The growth of Transborder has been deeply connected to the execution of projects that have improved the well-being of communities in vulnerable situations, leaving a meaningful impact on both our team members and society.
To create an even greater impact, in 2014 we expanded our reach with the creation of Sibyl, a spin-off focused on developing innovative projects that combine strengthening the socio-emotional skills of workers with sustainable solutions for the social organizations we collaborate with.
OUR SOCIAL COMPROMISE
We take pride in bringing our unique corporate social innovation method to organizations that, like Transborder, believe in the transformative power of empathy and caring for others. It’s a proprietary method that we’ve refined for over 15 years, enabling us to inspire companies to not only be the best in the world, but also the best for the world.
We believe that it's not enough to be the best companies in the world; we must be the best companies for the world.
In collaboration with the Fundación Amor Fiel, we have empowered 30 mothers from the La Bendición de Dios neighborhood, helping them secure their first formal job and strengthening their personal development. This has provided them with new opportunities to offer a better future to their children.
In Cali, we supported 30 young individuals disengaged from armed conflict in their social reintegration process, demonstrating that a new and hopeful future is possible.
In Medellín, in collaboration with the Fundación Lazos de Amor, we have worked with women living with HIV, providing them with tools to strengthen their self-esteem and empower them, helping them recognize their worth and their right to a fulfilling life.
With the support of the Fundación Oasis, we have implemented a project in the La Esperanza neighborhood in Bogota, showing young people new opportunities for their development and future, while strengthening their leadership and community skills.
Together with the Pan de Vida CER Association, we carried out a strengthening and empowerment project aimed at 22 community mothers who manage a children’s dining center. The goal of this project was to enhance their skills and strengthen their role within the community.
In partnership with the Fundación Mariana Novoa, we have worked with children and adolescents on the development of their life projects, while also supporting the foundation in its institutional strengthening process.
